Another nice and bright day but again the bitter cold wind has made it quite uncomfortable.

Yep, George, it's us getting older. I hate the cold.
Many years of crashing off racehorses, and never being allowed the time to heal properly, has left me with a body which is wrecked.
Getting old. Not much to look forward to.

Old age doesn’t come alone. I get a few aches from years of being kicked by cows and just the wear and tear that we put on our bodies when younger.
