racing under rpra rules

Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

But to buy rings from RPRA do you not have to have a current membership is that correct
YES If you get them direct from the RPRA. If you get them from another fancier then NO.

think i'm beginning to understand it now i get another fancier a rpra member to buy 20 rings in his name i then transfer them into my name online free

how do you put them in your name if your not a member of rpra you don't have a loft code ect

having just read the thread again it Seam's strange that they are letting you use the system to register birds in your name if you are not a member now they will stop that ..why have they not removed your loft code ect for use instead of archiving it
