Over here Murray you are only allowed to tow a caravan up to 7 meters x 2.5 meters. Anything larger has to go on a trailer. The larger “caravans” at holiday parks are more of mobile homes.

A monster of a truck that Murray, I bet it loves the juice mate. Around 16 miles to the gallon i would think.

We almost bought one there last year we did have one on Happy Days in Ingomelds but they ripped us off and I took them to trading standards and got money back

I have been offered this one mate, the decking cost £10.000. owner looking for £35,000 for it. Very nice home.

Yes Buster it pays for site fees and upkeep, I am going over to Skeg in 2 weeks time. we will have a long weekend.

Yep. A big V8 petrol, and with a trailer on you wouldn't get even that. :lol: But if you have the money, they are brilliant.
A lot of people use things like Toyota 4x4's or Nissan Patrols with the big turbo diesels in them.
We aren't just going 50 or 100 miles here. People often do a trip around Australia.
And, even though fuel is expensive, it's still the cheapest bit. People spend $200,000 and upwards on a high quality caravan which can go off sealed roads, and a strong tow vehicle. They drive around the Continent, and after a major service they could turn around and do it again! :D
