Thanks for putting it on Buster. A very good account by Ian Evans. I read all that was said on pigeonchat on this topic and can only say that I totally agree with what Ian had to say on the subject. The higher ache needs a complete revamp. The halls report should have been implemented and should still be brought back.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
